HIRING: Experienced Inside Sales Agent / Cold Caller (Work From Home - Philippines Only)

Remote | Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound cold calls to U.S. property owners
• Follow a proven call script to gather property information and qualify leads
• Build rapport and handle objections confidently
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation goals
• Collaborate with our U.S. sales team for coaching and development

• Starting pay of $5.00 USD/hour
• Performance-based raise to $6.00 USD/hour after 90 days

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of cold calling, inside sales, or phone sales experience (real estate experience is a plus)
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) NON-NEGOTIABLE
• Self-motivated, coachable, and competitive
• Comfortable working U.S. hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday)
• Track record of meeting sales KPIs and quotas

Technical Requirements

• Desktop or laptop with at least 4 GB RAM and i3 processor or higher
• Stable internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download)
• Backup internet source (such as pocket Wi-Fi)
• USB noise-canceling headset

Compensation

• Base Pay: $5.00 USD/hour
• Pay Increase: $6.00 USD/hour after 90 days (based on performance and attendance)
• Weekly commissions based on closed deals
• Monthly and quarterly bonuses
• Weekly payouts via Wise
• Estimated monthly income: $800+ USD including commissions and bonuses
